What we collect. When an account is connected, we receive the account identifier, display name and access tokens issued by the platform, limited to the permissions granted by the account owner. We also store the videos and captions our team uploads for publishing.
How we use it. This data is used only to publish content to the connected accounts at the time chosen by our team and to show publishing status. We do not sell or share data with third parties, other than sending content to the platform where it is published.
Google user data. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers.
Retention. Tokens are kept until the account is disconnected. Uploaded media is deleted after publishing according to our retention settings.
Your choices. You can disconnect an account in the service or revoke access in the security settings of the platform. See Data Deletion.
